Return Policy
LightingHouse is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. To start the return process, click [here] to complete the Return Request form. After submitting the form, you’ll receive a response within 48 hours with instructions with return shipping details.
Once your order arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund will be processed to the credit card used for the purchase. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Ineligible Items for Return/Refund
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items that have been installed, assembled, modified, or used.
- Items with cut wires.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Orders with 6 or more units of the same item.
- Items missing original packaging or with damaged/written-on boxes.
- Clearance items, light bulbs, replacement parts, and glass components.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item due to manufacturing issues, please contact us within 10 days of delivery via email at customerCare@lightinghouse.com . We’ll promptly arrange for a replacement or repair. Please keep the original packaging, as it may be required for returning the item to the manufacturer.
Damaged Items
Since light fixtures and lamps are fragile, they may arrive damaged during transit. Contact us within 3 days of receipt at customerCare@lightinghouse.com if your order is damaged. We’ll resolve the issue by sending replacement parts or a new product. Retain the original packaging for potential return shipping.
LightingHouse is not liable for labor costs, project delays, or shipping-related delays caused by damaged/defective items. We recommend scheduling installation after thoroughly inspecting your order.
